Three rounds of the traditional Duece it or Die for format all from the short tees.

Tee time 9:30 am.

Two back to back rounds before lunch, one round after.

We had a bunch of fun this last monthly. This time its gonna be on the 28th of august. at 9am is tee time. if i get 9 holes put in at my house by then we will play one round at walnut creek and a round at my house and bbq and campout. but more about that to come. so still 5 dollars a head. definlty need to see some more people out this way. this course is gorgeous if you have never played. hope to see you there for any questions call me 804 512 2018 or email me at pierrebowring@yahoo.com.

The Richmonders and beyond teamed up and pulled together $640
for the Rick Tortone fund. Many thanks for all those that contributed.

I will be sending a check on behalf of everyone that donated to the Tortone family.

As for the Golfers; James Camden schooled us all. Shooting a solid 1040 rated -14 at Dorey and an equally solid 50 at Gillies. Johathan Tyree fought hard but came up 6 strokes short for a second place finish. On down the line there were a bunch of pushes for third and then everyone else just kinda petered out.

And so, the Payout of $640 goes to the Tortone fund.

At this point we have burned through 6 of our monthlies. There are still 6 left and you will need to hit at least 6 in the year to be eligible for the trophy and the final payout.
